An electric folk artist whose album includes cover versions of songs by Nick Drake, Roy Harper and Al Stewart among others.
He resided in Denmark, but came to Britain in April 1972 for gigs and recordings. On his album he was helped by Rick Lee and Clive Sarstedt.
there are 2 other musicians : Mike Woods & Carsten Smedegaard.
Oula... Celui-là j'ai bien failli passer à côté... C'est peut-être effectivement trop ambitieux de s'attaquer à Nick Drake, mais c'est aussi une preuve de bon goût (surtout qu'en 1972, Nick Drake était un peu plus vivant et un peu moins culte qu'aujourd'hui). Merci pour la découverte!
I remember Andrew John very well, and I, too, liked his album. He put his mark on the folk scene in Denmark. It should be easy enough to find information and buy more of his music. The missing link is his surname, Huddleston. Or his wife, Lissa Ladefoged. Good luck!

So he did record other albums...among others are : "Louise, a Life Story"(1976) and "Old Friends, New Friends" (1977)
