Ce recueil de démos, enregistré autour de l'époque de parution de leur 1er superbe album "Home"(1970), a été édité par le label japonais Airmailrecordings.2 voix et 2 guitares qui se marient parfaitement, et qui ont sûrement donné des idées 3 décennies plus tard aux norvégiens Kings Of Convenience.
Il existe un 2ème recueil, "Days Gone By", sur le même label, publié également en 2001, qui est toujours disponible.

Les Kings of convinience, je trouve que ça s'entend surtout sur "At home" (que l'on trouve chez Garden of delight je crois).
Continuez ce travail de fouille, c'est du bonheur.
Par hasard, est-ce que vous n'auriez pas cet album de Dion Dimucci qui s'appelle Dion (1968).
On trouve sur ce disque la chanson Abraham, Martin & John... je le cherche depuis un bon bout de temps.

many thanks for posting this rarity. do you have the second volume of unreleased songs "days gone by"? any chance of posting it as well as "as you will". i bought their first cd and like it a lot, never had a chance to hear the second one though, only read it has more instrumentation and a fuller sound.

Many, many thanks, you really made my day as I opened your blog yesterday and saw the links. I also found some other interesting stuff on your blog, Nadia Cattouse and Ellen Warshaw for instance are both excellent. I've been after Nadia's lp for quite some time, but couldn't find it anywhere. BTW, are you familiar with Tomaz Pengov-Odpotovanja, singer-songwriter from my country, for my taste one the best loner-folk lps ever.
